



Plot 5 - The Mews
Situated in an established, quiet, residential setting, Plot 3 rests within the prestigious Dee valley.
The plot is located within a private development that has had planning approval for 5 detached dwellings. The desirable site benefits from woodland views and is in close proximity to the River Dee.
This dwelling has been designed in a part cross plan formation compromising a 2-storey section to the centre running East / West and a single-story portion running North / South. The design of the dwelling is unashamedly modern while incorporating many features and details that provide a relation back to the historic local vernacular. The dwelling comprises of a simple but select natural palette of materials which are both long lasting and familiar to the region.
Plot 5 is the largest on the site development and the proposed design offers a generous Garden to both the North, South & West.
The north provides a more utilitarian garden which also has the SW soakaway where as the southern garden is a more formal garden including a small pond, mixed wild flowers and a entertainment garden room for barbecues and alike.
Plot 5 will start on site in 2023!
