Plot 3 - The Mews

Situated  in an established, quiet, residential setting, Plot 3 rests within the prestigious Dee valley.

The plot is located within a private development that has had planning approval for 5 detached dwellings.  The desirable site benefits from woodland views and is in close proximity to the River Dee.

​

The design of this moderately sized family dwelling is unashamedly modern while incorporating many materials that provide a relation back to the historic local vernacular in and around  Royal Deeside. The dwelling comprises of a simple but select natural palette of materials which are both long lasting and familiar to the region.
